SPRINGBOARD : Assembly for Creative Climate Action – Fife Watch Party

Event Information

Join ArtMovesFife's local Watch Party for Culture for Climate Scotland 's SPRINGBOARD: Assembly for creative climate action, taking place online on Wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 March 2025. The watch party will be an in-person direct feed to the Springboard event and is being hosted at St Andrew's Botanics

The event will explore transformational change. Attendees will learn and discuss how all of society will need to reimagine itself in the face of climate change, and how the arts and cultural sector, as well as working on its own transformation, can contribute to the transformation of wider society.

The first day will focus on keynote speakers and inspiration. You’ll watch, listen and learn together online or at local watch parties.

The second day will take place online in breakout rooms with interactive workshops, panels and discussions.

SPRINGBOARD is for cultural and climate organisations, freelance creatives and climate champions, funders, local and national government, the public, private and third sectors. Please register for SPRINGBOARD 2025, then sign up via this link to attend the ArtMovesFife Watch Party on Day One.

Why?

ArtMovesFife is passionate about the role of the arts in growing locally-rooted environmental action. Creatives and Culture are the beating hearts of communities, innovating and inspiring in a uniquely equitable way, and we hope that our SPRINGBOARD watch party will bring community representatives, local organisations, academic partners and creatives together to focus on creative ways to empower us all to combat the climate crisis.
